Sylvia Morales and Jean Victor chronicle the long, difficult journey of three American nuns who find themselves challenging an institution they once wholeheartedly embraced. These women, inspired by the Civil Rights movement and encouraged by the internal reforms of Vatican II, accuse the Catholic Church of racism and sexism.
